Tainted Love: Sinful Souls MC #3 Page 16
“Oh, um…” I say looking around at them nervously.
Vicky stands from the couch and runs over to me with her arms stretched wide, tears in her eyes, and her face raw and red.
“Kalie, I’m so fucking sorry. Oh my God, I’m so sorry,” she says repeatedly.
“It’s not your fault, Vicky. Don’t do that.”
“Come and sit down babe,” Alaina says from the couch, her cheeks still puffy and red, the evidence from our assault apparent.
I swallow down the pain I’m feeling all over my body and walk to the sofa, wincing as I take a seat beside her. I know that after the week we spent together, I feel closer to Alaina than anyone else sitting in this room right now. Don’t get me wrong, each of them are my best friends and I love them dearly, but there’s some comfort I get from being with Alaina. She places her hand on my thigh and looks at me, right in the eye. Her tortured eyes to my tormented ones.
“We’re going to get through this. I’m going to push you through this, too, okay? We’re all here for you, Kalie. We’re your family, the club, us,” she gestures around the room, “we are yours to use as you please.”
I shake my head. “I love you all dearly.” I squeeze onto Alaina’s hand tightly. “So much.” A light smile touches my lips. “I really do,” I say pointedly at her. “But, I can’t do the MC club thing. It’s not me, I’m just not that kind of girl. I’m weak, and I cannot deal with it.”
Alaina smiles a small smile at me before looking at Vicky.
“Hon, you don’t need to be strong. You just need to love strong. The intensity of the love you have for Ade? That is what will pull you through it. He’s hurting too, and I know that doesn’t consolidate you in any way, but he’s there when you’re ready. He loves you Kal, but he knows you need time,” she whispers out honestly. My eyes are wet again, so I wipe the tears that drop onto my cheek.
“I love him, too. You know, I probably always will. But he needs to let me go.”
When I look around the room, I see understanding. And when I lock eyes with Carter, I see the wrinkles lining around his eyes.
“Don’t frown, Carter. You’re getting wrinkles,” I say with a small smile.
He laughs a quite laugh. “Let me in, baby G.”
I nod my head and swallow, before telling him everything.
In the end, he’s furious.
“This is your fault,” he yells to Vicky. “If you weren’t such a fucking slut, she would never had met Ade.” Vicky drops her head in defeat and I jump up to her defense.
“Carter! Don’t ever fucking say that again. I’m my own adult. I wanted, Ade. Want him. Do not blame her for that. So help me God Carter, I will move out,” I yell at him.
He winces and steps back. That was probably a low blow because he has security issues, he needs stability and all that, and when he’s not getting it from a partner he needs it from me. However, I can’t have him lashing out at the girls.
I sit back on the sofa. “I’m sorry about that, Vick.”
She shakes her head, waving her hand in front of her. “He’s right, Kal. I’m so sorry.”
“No, no, he’s not right. It is not your fault…” I pause before continuing, “I’m going to see my doctor tomorrow, then I want my life as normal as I can get it.”
They all agree and stand from their seats.
Phoebe pulls me into her arms. “I’m staying back in The Hills. I need to be near you. I’ll be back at my old place, and I bought your stuff back with me along with a new phone,” she says as she kisses me on the forehead. When I look down I notice it’s a brand new iPhone.
“Phoebe, you shouldn’t have!” I point to the phone.
She shrugs. “I didn’t pay for it. It was a gift that I do not want. So I’m gifting it to you,” she says casually.
I raise my eyebrows in surprise. “Okay, well, thank you.”
Walking with them to the front door, I hug them all briefly before saying goodbye. Upon closing the door, I pick up my bags and take them back into my room. My head is thumping again, so I drop to my bed and pull the covers up over me, letting my sleep take over.
“Ade?” Haleigh says from beside me.
“What?” I answer, watching one of the new girls work on the pole while swallowing my drink.
She places her hand on my collar, running it down the front of me before dragging it over my crotch. I look up at her, eyebrows raised and a smirk on my face. Haleigh is cute, in that all-American girl kind of way, but she’s new. There’s no way this girl knows what she’s getting herself into—she’s about to, though. I grab onto her hand, push it down under my jeans, and bring my face up to hers. “Don’t bite off more than you can chew, sweetheart,” I say smirking at her while rubbing her hand all over the cock. She bites down on her lower lip and it pisses me off instantly.
“Don’t do that,” I say with my mouth set in a hard line.
“Do what?” she asks as she runs her teeth over her lip again.
I grip onto her lip and pull it out of her mouth roughly. “That. Don’t do it.”
The motion reminds me of my Kalie. The thought of Kalie has me picking up my drink and dropping it back fast. By this point, Haleigh is practically dry humping my leg. I push her off me forcefully before standing. Walking to the bar, I snatch a bottle of Johnny Walker and walk back to the table. I pull her by the hand, making her smile and stand. She begins following me to the room, the same room I snapped Gretchen off in, not too long ago. I close the door behind me while I watch as Haleigh lies back on the bed, removing her top and skirt, and then rubbing the spot next to her.
“Come on, big boy, show me if what I hear about you is true.”
I scrunch up my face in disgust. “You got balls coming into my room and saying that.”
I take another long pull of my drink, place it on the dresser and remove my top while unbuttoning my jeans. Her eyes look at me hungrily and I almost laugh. This girl is, first of all, way too fucking skinny. I hate fucking with girls this thin. They never have enough stamina because of their lack of calorie intake, and there’s no way their bodies are built to fuck a man like me—or rather—let a man like me fuck them. Not fucking appealing to me at all, give me Kalie’s perfect curves over this bullshit any fucking day. Fuck, thinking about Kalie again makes my dick rock hard instantly. I move over the bed and pull on Haleigh’s legs roughly. I slide down her panties in one movement before pulling down my jeans. She wraps her hands around my neck, only for me to push them back down.
“Don’t,” I say to her.
Her face drops for a second until she sees my dick.
Cock-thirsty whore.
I pull open the drawer next to the bed and snatch out a condom wrapper. Ripping if off, I roll it onto my dick. I rub my head over her clit slowly, then ram into her in one strong movement. She screams out loudly, and I put my hand over her mouth roughly.
“Fuck up, or I stop. Got it?” She nods her head quickly so I remove my hand.
I pull out of her and then slam back into her. It’s nothing but a motion, a routine. There’s nothing to it at all, it’s as though I’m fucking a faceless body. I would have more fun with my hand. The thought of this fucks me off, so I grip onto her neck while continuing to pound into her. I have to remind myself a few times to ease off my grip—the times when she starts to turn purple. When I feel her pussy clench around my dick, I flip her over and lift her ass into the air. I wrap her long black hair around my fist and yank on it so her head comes back. I continue to pound into her pussy again, trying to reach something—anything, that will push me over. Grabbing onto her neck with my hand that has her hair, the movement causes her to scream again in pleasure. The fucking sound fucks me off again and at this moment, I realize that I want to repeat the events of Gretchen all over again. I pull out of her as Kalie’s beautiful smile comes in full HD display in my head, giving me a flashback of a memory of us on the beach.
“That good huh?” I asked laughing at her as she moane
d, taking the first bite of her burger.
She nodded her head. “Really, really, good. Good enough to not want to go for a run just for eating it.” I shook my head and wiped the sauce from the side of her lips, making that beautiful blush splash out across her cheekbones. Fuck, she’s phenomenal, there was no one in the world that was like her, and she was all fucking mine.
“You’re pretty fucking special, you know that?” I said honestly, sucking the sauce on my finger that I’d just wiped from her lip.
She swallowed and laughed. “Good special, I hope?”
My laughter died out as a foreign feeling tingled deep in my chest. “Real good, darling.”
The memory fades out, and I look down to the girl on my dick right now, to see it’s not Kalie. Our bodies are dripping in sweet. Having not come, nor do I want to, I pull out of her. Rip the condom off and throw to into the bin, before pushing her naked body off the bed.
“Get out,” I say flatly. She stands up, putting her clothes back on.
“I can finish you off if you want? It wouldn’t be fair for me to get three out of you, and you not get any?”
I look up at her. “Do you wanna know what happened to the last girl who refused to leave this very room when I asked her to?”
She laughs, looking around the room while pulling her hair into a ponytail.
“Yeah, what?” she answers excitedly.
I think she may just be the dumbest bitch I’ve ever met, and that’s saying something. I stand, pull on my jeans, take out a cigarette from my pocket and light it up. I stalk up to her, leaning down into her ear. “I killed her,” I whisper with a smirk.
Her curious face drops and she swallows down while making her way to the door.
“Thanks, Ade. I think,” she says as she swings the door open and power walks out of there.
I laugh as I put my top back on.
Fucking stupid bitches.
I look around the crisp white walls as I sit and wait for Dr. Oswald to come out. I know I need help, I know I’m not going to be able to work through my issues without a professional. The sooner I can get past this, the better.
A young African American woman walks out in a crisp white blazer and an immaculate suit, with heels that I would break my neck in.
“Kalie-Rose Reynolds?” she asks while looking around the room of people.
“Yes, that’s me,” I reply, collecting my handbag and following her into her office.
“Hi, I’m Dr. Maree Oswald, it’s lovely to meet you. What do you like to be called?” she asks, with her hand stretched out to me.
I take her hand in mine. “Just Kalie, thanks. Pleased to meet you too.”
She gestures to the seat in the middle of her office so I walk to it, sit down, and glance around. It doesn’t look like the shrink rooms you see on television, it has a homey feeling to it, making me completely relaxed. One wall is lined with books. There’s her office desk in front of a glass window overlooking the city, and it’s decorated in white and soft gray. It really is a beautiful room.
“How can I help you today, Kalie?”
I begin fidgeting with my fingers. “Anything I tell you can never leave these walls, right?” I ask.
“Yes, that’s right. Unless I feel you are going to harm yourself or others around you. Anything you tell me is one hundred percent safe within these walls,” she responds with a soft smile.
“Oh boy, where should I start.” I pick up the glass of water from the coffee table and take some small sips, and then I begin to pour sifted bits out to her. Leaving out information like the identity of the MC. I only tell her the parts that she needs to know, the parts of me that I know need to somehow repair.
Once I’ve finished, I look up at her and see a worried look spread out across her face.
“We can work through this, Kalie. We can do it together.”
I hope so. I truly hope that we can.
I walk into our apartment and drop my handbag to the floor.
“Carter?” I yell out while walking to the fridge to grab a bottled water.
“Hey, baby G. How was your appointment?” he asks, walking into the kitchen in his Playboy robe.
“It was good. She was lovely, and my next appointment is tomorrow. She wants to see me daily for a while,” I say then take a large drink of water.
“How are you feeling, though?” he asks with a worried tone.
“A little better, I guess. I just need to take it day by day.”
I walk into my room, strip off, and wrap myself in a towel before walking to the bathroom and getting under the scorching hot shower.
“Yes, I am going to get better,” I whisper to myself.
“Are we going to talk about the fact that Felix is a shady motherfucker who needs to be dealt with?” I ask Zane. We are at one of Zane’s nightclubs in the city, just him and I.
“Yeah, I’ve been watching him these past couple of days. Watching his movements, his whereabouts and important shit like that. I want to make sure I have everything in line before I go out shooting,” he says tilting his drink up to his lips.
“Fuck that. I don’t need anything in line, I’ll fucking shoot him right now. What he did was fucked up, there’s no more to it than that. He knew more than what he made out he knew. Therefore, he’s a traitor.”
I watch one of the girls rubbing and grinding her shit on the pole. She does it fucking good. The door opens, shining in the daylight. Ollie walks in with Chad and Harvey behind him. Ollie and Chad take a seat, but Harvey is standing stock still, watching the girl on the pole.
I raise my eyebrows and chuckle. “Fucking good, huh?”
He doesn’t hear me so I kick his shin. “Harv?” I laugh. “I said she’s fucking good, huh?”
He laughs, rubbing his hand over his beard. “Yeah, not bad,” he gruffs out. I keep smiling at him, not bad my fucking left nut. The man was hypnotized in minus two seconds.
“I need to fill you boys in on something,” Zane says, pulling his seat into the table a little more.
“It’s Felix. I’m not sure how good his intentions are anymore. One of Ade’s jobs was given via Felix. The job that just so happened to set off the train of events that occurred with the girls. I need to tread carefully, though, there’s still a chance that—one, it could be a coincidence, or two, he may not have had a choice.”
I laugh, then take a swallow of my drink. “Your second point is not valid. You always have a choice. And if he didn’t, he should have come to us and we would’ve handled it as a club. Not bitch out on us and almost have our girls killed.”
“He wouldn’t, surely he wouldn’t,” Harvey says in disbelief.
“I don’t know. He’s been acting a little strange lately. Someone who won’t kill him. Ade needs to confront him,” Ollie says.
“That’s me, I will have no problem. I just need to give you boys a heads up as to what’s going on,” Zane states.
Blake walks in, with obvious stress around his eyes. “Fuck, this parenting shit is hard work. Vicky is fucking full time. She’s killing me slowly. I shit you not,” he says, waving over the bartender.
Vicky has been riding Blake, a little rough since the girls were taken. She wants him out and we all know it, even if she hasn’t admitted that yet. There’s no way I would leave the club, not even for Kalie. As long as you know what you’re walking into, you have no excuse to bitch out. And if I ever get Kalie under me again, you’d have a higher chance of hitting the lottery five times before I ever let her go again.
Zane fills Blake in as he did with the rest of us, and by the end, Blake is ready for war.
“We go there now and ask him. No more fucking waiting around Zane.”
I shake my head. “I got somewhere to be. I’ll be back tonight.”
Zane looks to me from the other side of the table. “Everything good?”
I nod my head. “Yeah.” Standing up, I throw the rest of my whiskey back. “I have a ghost to bury.”
A
rriving at the destination where Sandra sent me, I look down to my phone before gazing back at the building again. It’s a big industrial building. Looks average, and if you drove past it on the street, nothing would stand out. I walk up to the metal door and knock on it a few times. It opens up to Sandra standing there, her blonde hair tied in a tidy knot on the top of her head, with her pearl earrings and straight suit. She’s exactly how you’d imagine someone in her line of power to look.
“Come in, Ade.” She gestures inside the building and I walk in, removing my gloves and looking around.
“He here?” I ask, looking behind my shoulder.
She nods her head. “Yes, but I don’t want you to mess him up. We need him, alive.”
I laugh. “Yeah, we will see about that.”
“I’m serious, Ade. Abide by these rules.”
“You still have a thing for him, don’t you?” I ask her.
Sandra Fisick and my mother were best friends growing up, some say she had a thing for my dad and that’s why their friendship ended.
She tilts her head. “I never had a thing for him, Ade, and I need him alive. He’s an asset. We can use him to bring down his entire family operation.”
I nod my head, deciding to drop it because I can’t be fucked with the drama of it.
She smiles a small smile at me then walks ahead. “Follow me.”
I follow her through the empty space and it’s large and cold. There are a few cars parked inside but nothing else. Once we reach the beginning of the stairs, I follow her up to a loft. She stops at the top and I move around her, putting Frank, or Kazimir in my direct line of sight. He’s sitting on a sofa in front of me. When he sees me, he smiles and gets up from where he’s sitting.
“Sit back down, this won’t take long,” I say moving across the room.
“Ade,” Sandra warns from behind me.
I look over my shoulder and smirk at her, making her blush.
